A photographic project for Kaufman & Broad on the urban mansion Potocki in Paris, created through Speos. The project is presented through two complementary series, offering both a commissioned perspective and a more personal interpretation of the site’s transformation.
This project captures the dialogue between heritage and contemporary transformation, focusing on the evolving architecture, materials, and spatial details throughout the renovation process. The imagery highlights both the precision of the construction work and the character of the building as it is reinterpreted for a new use.
Through a structured and observational approach, both the directed and the personal series aim to reflect the scale, rhythm, and craftsmanship involved in the project, offering a visual testimony to the transformation of an iconic Parisian site.
With a special thank you to the following people who helped bring together this project:
Fabrice Gitton; Olivier Labadie; Iris Ngoumtcheu; David Balicki; Frédéric Marty & Guillaume Denis-Brantus.
Together, the two bodies of work offer a layered perspective on transformation: where documentation and interpretation coexist.
